When I first looked at this property, I was a little skeptical about buying it sight unseen and I had heard rumors of people being scammed. Thanks Mike. The property transaction went very well. I really appreciate this property. I have not been out to see it yet. I will not be able to relocate out there anytime soon. I do not have any cash to do any traveling at this time. I work full time I will be 70 years old soon. I am in really good shape for my age or any age. I plan on being around. My vehicle is a 2002 Buick Park Ave. It runs fine but has issues such as my fuel gauge does not work. It has over 245000 miles on it. I will have to get a rental car to drive out there, which I will do probably in the spring. I have been through there many times in the past. 5 years ago, when I first bought it, I thought I might be able to move out there, but there is no work in Dolan Springs right now. If I can uproot myself, maybe I could find some work in Kingman and commute. I think I will always have to work to sustain myself. I like that it is only about 5 lots from the state highway. I think I am locked into my situation right now so it will probably be the same for the time being. It was great getting this property from you Mike and I will be seeing it some and it was very good working with you on it. I do and have recommended H4 Enterprises for great land deals out there
